Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

To request a return or exchange, email us at accounts@zqmjent.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right.
